If you do not own the Ab Circle Pro piece of exercise equipment, you may have seen it on late night television a time or two. With so many different exercise machines being bombarded at us from so many different avenues, how on earth are we supposed to figure out which ones are worth our time and money and which ones should be avoided like the plague? I admit I have purchased more than one of these so-called great exercise machines and some ended up in the trash as they were a complete waste of money with hints of false advertising from those infamous infomercials!
However, we all know we need to exercise yet not everyone can afford a gym membership or expensive exercise equipment. When the weather is not nice and we can’t get outside to bike, play tennis, walk etc what should we do? I personally own an Ab Circle Pro exercise machine and can tell you not to listen to most of the negative reviews found online about it. Mine is in great shape and best of all, it really does work.
Many of us want to work on our abs and “love handles” but if we are doing crunches on the floor I can bet the majority are doing them incorrectly and can actually be doing damage to your body. The Ab Circle Pro comes with some very great features that will get you in shape without injuring your body. For starters, The Ab Circle Pro comes with circular force technology and a friction free track. Basically this just means that it is not a machine you plug in that does most of the work for you. The circular force running on the friction free track is powered by none other than you-100%. Being friction free this will be gentle on your body without worries of injuries if performed correctly (your machine comes with a manual and DVD for further explanations of how to set it up and use it right.)
The Ab Circle Pro engages your entire core which is different than some abdominal exercises that only mainly target the upper or lower abs while many ignore the sides or “love handles”. While you are positioned on the machine correctly and swinging smoothly from side to side, you will be targeting every part of your mid-section and you will feel it. If you don’t feel it I can only assume you only did about 20 reps! This is made with gym-quality steel so you can rest assured it won’t fall apart in a month or two, but be sure to follow their suggestions regarding proper cleaning and maintenance so it lasts a long time.
It comes with three levels of resistance so is perfect for beginner, intermediate and advanced workouts. It also folds for easy storage under the bed, in the closet or wherever you choose. That is a great benefit especially if your home is small, since this equipment is not that large or bulky to begin with, such as a Bow Flex is. Not only can you swing side to side and have fun working your abs, there is also a feature which perfectly targets your inner thighs and rear and again, yes you will feel it! Why not look further into this and see if it may be just the piece of equipment you are looking for and can have fun with?

There are three very important things to do before starting your Ab Circle Pro Workouts. First and foremost, make an appointment with your doctor to get his or her ok before starting any new work out program. Secondly you will want to read through the Ab Circle Pro manual and watch the Ab Circle Pro Workouts DVD that comes with it. I know it is easy to toss those aside and just jump on and hope you’re doing things correctly, but resist that urge and go over the information first. Finally, you will want to do a warm up work out for a few minutes before using your Ab Circle Pro machine and a cool down work out afterwards. Sometimes it is easy to forget those before and after parts of the work out equation.
Start Ab Circle Pro Workouts
When you start your Ab Circle Pro workouts, you may discover that you are grabbing onto the handles too tightly for a number of reasons, so keep in mind it is fine to let up on the grip a bit. By grabbing too tightly you may actually end up working out your arms more than your abs, and I can only guess you bought this (or are strongly considering buying one) to mainly work those abs!
During Ab Circle Pro Workouts, be careful to position your back correctly to avoid injuries. Use your abdominal muscles to help hold your back up and keep it from arching or dropping. Your goal is to keep your back straight since if you don’t, you may cause injury to your back. It can be helpful to have your Ab machine in front of your television, not only so that you can watch TV while you work out but it can also act as a sort of mirror, showing you if your back is in the correct alignment or not. If while exercising you experience any back pain, stop and get off of the machine and talk with your doctor again before resuming exercising. Your entire body’s health and safety is very important.
It may be tempting to do these ab exercises quickly, assuming that will help chisel your abs faster. Actually by doing Ab Circle Pro Workouts slowly you will be getting a much better workout as your abdominal muscles will be doing the work, and not just the momentum that builds up by going fast. By taking it slowly you should definitely be feeling the burn!
The Ab Circle Pro can make exercising fun. I don’t know of many people who call doing the old fashioned sit-ups or crunches “fun” and the fact is many people are performing those exercises incorrectly. They are starting on the floor and quite possibly are doing damage to their backs and necks. The Ab Circle Pro takes you up and off of the floor and keeps you correctly aligned, provided you do the exercises as outlined in the manual and DVD.
This small yet powerful piece of exercise equipment is perfect for the beginner all the way up to the advanced work out ability. Are you ready and committed to start Ab Circle Pro Workouts to chisel away at that excess fat in your middle section and sides while having fun at the same time? If you don’t already have an Ab Circle Pro, I can personally recommend it highly as I have one and yes, it does work! Remember a healthy diet plus exercise is the perfect combination.

First of all a better question to ask would be have you heard of or seen the Ab Circle Pro fitness piece of exercise equipment yet? If you are a night owl you have probably seen an Ab Circle Pro infomercial or ten on late night television. These great machines are super strong and built with quality gym steel, thus breaking it is pretty much out of the question. The size is just right and won’t take up much room while you are working out on it and it is small enough to easily be put under a bed, tucked away in a closet or even in the corner of your living room or work out room.
One very important thing to do before beginning any exercise program at all is to consult with your doctor to be sure it will be safe for you to use and if there are any restrictions your doctor may impose. He or she knows you and your current health conditions better than anyone and you need to listen carefully to what is said.
Starting off you will be kneeling in the main position. Simply rest your knees gently into the comfortable knee bowls provided and be sure to stop if you by chance feel them slipping and adjust them. Keep your body balanced with your hands on the bars (not overly tight) with your face forward and with your head in an upward position.
Then you will be working the left and right side flexions. First move slowly to the right as far as you are able to. Then move slowly to the left in the same manner. Over time you will be capable of moving further to both the right and left. Take it slowly and you will surely feel it and get a great work-out.
Then comes the right and left crawls. Raise your right leg slowly towards the crown of the exercise machine while your left leg follows directly behind which looks like a crawling movement. Now do the same but start with your left leg towards the crown of the exercise machine with your right leg following directly behind, looking again like a crawling movement.
Now it is time for the rear and thigh move (oh you will feel this working-which is a good thing!) Remove one side of the silver bar pin that is hooked in the middle and place it in the hole above your right knee pad. Make sure it is firmly in place and then move each leg up at the same time towards the top of the machine, swing back and repeat.
Finally there are the right and left advanced flexions. Keep the machine in the same rear and thigh mode as above and slowly sway your entire lower body to the right as far as you are able without injuring yourself. Repeat this in the opposite direction and go as far to the left as you can. Use extra caution when using this advanced exercise so as not to fall off since the balance may be a bit tricky to obtain at first.
If you are tired of your flabby abs and “love handles” (which are really anything but lovely looking), why not look a bit further into this amazing small yet powerful piece of exercise equipment? It is still summer and there is still plenty of beach time left to get sculpted and toned nice abs!
